The health and safety of our customers and staff is of paramount
importance to us and we are closely monitoring the federal and state
government updates regarding the spread and advice on how to help reduce the
impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Due to various federal and state government health, safety and travel
restrictions we have had to reduce our operating hours, and even had to
temporarily suspend some of our services. As the COVID-19 situation
slowly eases and allows the nation to recover and reopen, we endeavour to reintroduce our
regular hours and services in a safe and practical manner.
The wellbeing of our customers and staff is important to us and we are
closely following the best practices introduced by the Australian health,
federal and state government authorities like regular hand washing, the use
of hand sanitiser and maintaining social distancing. We also encourage our
customers to help against the spread of COVID-19 by following these
practices:
As part of our response to the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented various
enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures for the safety of our customers
and staff.
All high contact areas in our office, including door handles, counter
surfaces and terminals, are cleaned with disinfectant frequently.
Disinfectant is also regularly sprayed into the interior of our office.
All high contact areas and surfaces in the interior of our rental cars, such
as keys, steering wheels, steering columns, dashboards, instrument panels,
accessory panels, center consoles, glove boxes, cup holders, handbrakes,
gear sticks, door handles, door interiors, other hard surfaces, seats, seat
belts, among other areas, are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant between
every rental. Disinfectant is also sprayed into the interior and
air-conditioning duct of our rental cars between every rental.
I have already made a booking, but it is impacted by COVID-19. What

have been told to self-isolate. What do I do?
If you have been told to self-quarantine, or have tested positive for
